Welcome to Carnon Downs Community Association

The Carnon Downs Community Association (CDCA) was formed in May 2017 with the aim of providing more events for the whole of the village and a Christmas lights display.  Our events fundraise for the Christmas Lights display. 

We run regular events such as The Christmas Light Switch On evening and gift fayre, Halloween Pumpkin Trail and Scarecrow Competition, as well as other smaller events in between to help raise funds for events and the Christmas Lights.

Saturday 27th June, 7pm - Bingo

Saturday 18th & Sunday 19th July – Scarecrow Competition – Jobs from 200 Years Ago in aid of Penhaligon's Friends 

Saturday 5th September, 2pm – Tea & Cake Bingo

Saturday 31st October, 4.30pm – Spooky Family Fun Night

Saturday 5th December, 4.30pm – Christmas Lights Switch On Night 

 

All at Carnon Downs Village Hall, except Christmas Lights which is also at The Hub Carnon Community Church.
